You won’t believe this amazing raw food dessert! Not only it is super quick and easy to make, but it’s absolutely delicious… and rich!

You’ll love this as a weekly go-to option, or just being able to whip it out quickly to show off a fun and healthy dessert option.

Even people who don’t like avocados will love this one… (you can’t even tell there’s avocodos in it!) – shhh!!

So easy… add together all these in a mixer… blend them up until smooth… and chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Or just leave it in there until you’re ready to eat it… take out and then let it thaw… voila!

– 4 medium, ripe avocados

– 1/3 cup raw coconut nectar (I use RAW Honey instead)

– 1/2 cup raw cacao powder

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Pinch of Sea Salt (himalaya salt pictured here)

– Fresh fruit and nuts, for garnish (optional)
